1. Warranty Statement:

We guarantee that the batteries sold by our store will function properly for 12 months under ordinary environmental conditions and normal use.

2. Replacement or compensation for products within the warranty period:

• If a quality issue arises within 30 days, you may request a free replacement or a full refund.
• For quality issues arising within 30 days to one year, you may request an exchange or return, or negotiate compensation.

3. After-Sales Guidelines:

Please contact us via email, providing your order ID, photos or a video of the actual battery, and a brief description of the issue and your specific requirements. We will reply to you within 2 to 48 hours.

4. Laptop Battery Maintenance:

• Please use the original power adapter to charge the battery.
• Develop the good habit of charging the battery immediately when the charge level drops below 20%.
• High temperatures reduce battery capacity; therefore, when using the battery, the computer should be kept in a well-ventilated, dry environment to facilitate heat dissipation.
• Regularly check your laptop's exhaust and cooling vents; doing so can lower the CPU temperature and extend battery life.
• Enable the computer's smart power management program (if available).
• Do not let the battery drain to 0%; this can cause the battery management chip to lock up, making it impossible to wake up the battery (preventing it from charging).
• If the battery will not be used for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% before storage. Do not charge it to 100%, as maintaining a high internal voltage for a long time will cause rapid capacity degradation.
• Reduce the number of full charge-discharge cycles per day.
• Avoid dropping, exposure to water, and operating in environments with excessively low or high temperatures, as these are unsuitable for the battery.
